Keeping Our Clients and Staff Safe With The Coronavirus (COVID-19)



Our priority has always been the safety of our staff and clients and therefore we have taken appropriate steps to ensure that both our staff and any clients we speak to are protected from the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
 
We have adopted and strictly follow the guidelines published on the Australian Government Department of Health website.
 
Consequently, several precautionary measures are now in place.
 
Staff are required to self-quarantine for at least 14 days if they have recently travelled overseas, have tested positive or been in close contact with confirmed cases, or displaying flu like symptoms. We are pleased to advise no staff to have had any issues to date.
 
We have the capacity to service our clients by telephone or email therefore our office will not be holding on site meetings or appointments –  if an urgent situation requires a face to face meeting please phone the office to discuss other responsible measures to keep all parties safe.
 
With the continued spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the likelihood it will continue for a period of time, we would like to assure you of our ongoing service delivery to our valued clients.
 
We will pass on any information we receive on new regulations and government responses as it applies to your business or personal tax. We may be a step behind as everything is moving so fast, but we will get it to you asap.
